Christmas in Texas

We trekked 13 hours to and from Texas this past week. I’ll admit, it was EXHAUSTING, but in a good way. It’s perfectly justifiable to be exhausted on vacation when it means you’re bouncing from city to city seeing family and friends. We even got to meet my precious new niece, Audrey Lynn!

We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t trade it for the world. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip a couple days short due to a threat of severe wintery weather coming through our route.

On the bright side, however, that gave us more time to relax and prepare for the new year. Matt and I have agreed our number one goal this year is to improve our health — physically and spiritually. I hope to write more on those things in the near future. Until then, here are a few snapshots from our visit to Texas!
